Vacuum technology - soldering

The high-vacuum technology furnace system is suitable for annealing, hardening, and high-temperature soldering without flux under vacuum. The maximum charging dimensions are 1200 x 800 x 600 mm (L x W x H), with nitrogen quenching options. The process allows for oxidation-free treatment of components; the material joints are mechanically highly resilient, vacuum-tight, and free of any solder residue. A specially equipped room is available for part preparation. We are also equipped with a spot welder and automatic solder dispensing machines. We specialize in soldering with Cu/St, Cu/Cu, and nickel-based solders.

You can count on us to produce bonded and mechanically highly resilient joints for the following materials:

  • Copper/Stainless Steel
  • Stainless Steel/Stainless Steel
  • Copper/Copper
  • Copper/Ceramic (B4C, BN, Al2O3, SiO2)
  • Tungsten Carbide/Stainless Steel

Choosing the correct gap size, creating solder deposits, fixing the components to each other or, if the cavity is closed, pressure equalization must be possible - all of these points are important processes that must be observed during soldering and are guaranteed by our specialists.
